Restaurant Manager (Full-Time) Candidates should possess Team Service Experience as a Fine Dining Manager. Establish and maintain genuine and personalized guest relations. Knowledge of food, beverage and wine menus. Previous bartending experience. Minimum age of 21 years of age. Tuberculosis certificate required.
Cook II (Casual) Experienced Cook II. Candidate must have the skills and ability to prepare all menu items. Must be able to maintain all health and sanitary standards and become familiar with Industry Standards. Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently. Must be able to lift 50-100 lbs. Must be willing to work various hours, holidays, weekends, and long hours on feet. TB Certificate required.
