Kona Village Resort offers training, career advancement, competitive wages, and a complete benefits package including 401(k), company paid HMSA medical and dental, free employee meals, and uniforms.
Applicants must adhere to the Resort's Appearance Standard which includes no visible tattoos or body piercings. Hair must be neatly trimmed, conservative and professional, no extreme hairstyles. If hair is colored, it must be all one natural-looking color. Hair length for gentlemen must not extend below the back collar. Gentlemen must also be clean-shaven.
The selection process includes 2-3 interviews, employment reference verification and pre-employment drug screen. Many positions require a valid driver's license and traffic abstract.

Kona Village Resort does not provide employee housing. Rentals are available in nearby Waikoloa Village or in Kailua-Kona. Currently, there is no public transportation to Kona Village Resort.
